We are seeking a motivated Personnel Employment Assistant to provide critical support to the Navy Recruiting Command based in Atlanta, GA. The hourly pay for this role is $19.16, with an additional $4.93 for Health and Welfare benefits. Key Responsibilities Deliver administrative support by typing, editing, and distributing various correspondence following established guidelines. Prepare awards and engrave names and logos on plaques as per standard operating procedures. Manage incoming calls and visitors with professionalism. Coordinate scheduling and planning of meetings, including conference calls. Serve as a liaison between staff members, applicants, and the public on a daily basis. Develop and maintain efficient filing systems for applicant files, correspondence, and reports. Assist with the distribution, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and preparation of correspondence and materials. Compile and maintain data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Review and verify the accuracy of applicant enlistment paperwork, updating documents using secure personnel data systems. Organize and analyze statistical information related to applicant tracking and goal attainment for recruiting programs. Prepare detailed reports for Program Managers highlighting recurring issues and corrective measures taken. Utilize web-based applications to obtain and track workload data to inform recruiting objectives. Qualifications for Success US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance (post employment). High School Diploma or GED equivalent. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed. Preferred Skills Proficiency in the Microsoft Office 2010 suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint. Experience with document editing and formatting in line with Navy award and correspondence guidelines.
