Quality Inspector
PROMAN Staffing USA
Quality Inspector
Perform inspections and tests according to company quality plans and protocols using precision measuring tools and lab equipment.
Provide feedback to machine operators according to company standards and policy.
Report all non-conforming quality issues to lead/supervisor immediately that are related, but not limited, to production.
Issue hold tags and non-conformance reports.
Ensure quality reports, production documents and calibrations are accurate and conform to company policy.
Communicate issues and problems in daily shift meetings between shifts.
Perform data entry reliably and accurately.
Report food safety and quality concerns to personnel of authority to initiate action.
Fill in for Packer absences as needed on the bag lines. Occasional lifting up to 50lbs.
Other duties as assigned
Ability to work overtime
Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
Prior quality experience is highly preferred
Computer and Data Entry skills (Word and Excel)
