About the role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through outbound and warm calling strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and experience in B2C sales, technology sales, or related fields. This position offers an engaging environment where your sales expertise and technical knowledge will contribute directly to the company's success.
Schedule:
In office (Sherman Oaks, CA 91403)
Monday - Friday: 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week
Can start the day between 7am - 9am
What you'll do
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients using CRM software such as IRS Logics and other CRM tools
- Engage in warm calling to nurture leads and develop new business opportunities
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
- Present and demonstrate products or services effectively to potential customers
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status within CRM systems
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or inbound inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly
- Identify opportunities for business development and expand the company's market presence
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and product updates to effectively communicate value propositions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, B2C sales, or technology sales preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Experience with CRM software such as IRS Logics or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques
- Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing strategies for lead generation and conversion
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts and tasks
