Manufacturing Supervisor

Location: Mechanic Falls, Maine
Schedule : Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Pay: $27-$36/hr.
Adecco is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and help build a growing 2nd shift team at a well-established manufacturer in the Auburn, Maine area.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-visibility role where you won't just manage a team—you'll help shape how the shift operates as it expands. The company produces motor protection components used in equipment worldwide, and demand is driving continued growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily production to meet safety, quality, and output goals

• Help build, train, and develop a growing production team

• Adjust workflows as volume increases

• Identify any inefficiencies and implement practical improvements

• Partner with leadership to support shift expansion and hiring

• Maintain a strong presence on the production floor

What This Role Looks Like Day-to-Day

• You'll spend most of your time on the floor supporting a small but growing team

• You'll be directly involved in training, coaching, and setting expectations

• You'll help create structure

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role

• Someone comfortable in a build/growth environment (not just maintaining the status quo)

• Strong communication and team development skills

• Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced, changing environment

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay Details: $27.00 to $36.00 per hour
