Commercial real estate company, that has been in business for over 50 years, is looking to hire an Assistant Controller for their office in Miami.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the monthly close process and prepare financial statements for multiple entities
- Manage all aspects of the general ledger ensuring the Company's books and records are appropriately reconciled in a timely manner
- Prepare monthly loan compliance schedules
- Prepare quarterly replacement reserve funds requests (draws) from lenders
- Preparation of annual financial budgets and cash flow statements
- Responsible for CAM reconciliations, ad-hoc reports and projects
- Supervise accounts receivable, accounts payable and general accounting personnel
- Communicate with Property Managers and Accountants to resolve accounting issues and discrepancies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of commercial real estate accounting experience
- Experience with Yardi and strong Excel Skills
