Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As a Dermatology Physician Assistant at Radiance Skin Dermatology, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed physical examinations and obtaining comprehensive medical histories from patients.
• Collaborating closely with dermatologists to diagnose and create tailored treatment plans for various skin conditions, including but not limited to acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancers.
• Performing minor surgical procedures such as suturing lacerations, conducting skin biopsies, and excising skin lesions.
• Educating patients on best practices for skincare, preventative measures against skin disease, and effective management of existing skin conditions.
• Prescribing medications and developing treatment protocols in accordance with best practices and established guidelines.
• Ordering, reviewing, and interpreting laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures to inform patient care decisions.
