Work Environment

The successful candidate will work onsite at our modern hospital facility located in El Paso. Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall patient care by assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of dermatological conditions.
• Provide patient and family education concerning treatment options, skin care routines, and wellness strategies to promote overall health.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to design and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Perform necessary procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, and other dermatological interventions as per established protocols.
• Document patient encounters accurately in medical records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies regarding clinical documentation.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of dermatology trends and best practices through continuous education and training.
• Ensure compliance with infection control policies and safety regulations, including wearing appropriate protective clothing and equipment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will cater to a diverse patient population, delivering care that accounts for varying demographics including age, sex, and unique clinical presentations. Your ability to implement age-specific customer service skills will be essential in creating a welcoming environment that enhances patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• Active Nurse Practitioner Certification (NP-C) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are mandatory for all applicants.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 125,000 to 300,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
