AI Automation Specialist

Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented AI Automation Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is essential to enabling our business vision through the implementation of intelligent automation workflows that enhance our product delivery and marketing capabilities.
- Design and build automated workflows using N8N, Zapier, and other automation platforms
- Develop and maintain integrations between various business tools including Airtable, Gumroad, heygen, eleven labs, and Relevance AI
- Create both simple and complex workflow solutions to streamline business processes
- Support product development and service delivery through process automation
- Enhance marketing operations through intelligent workflow automation
- Collaborate with team members to identify automation opportunities
- Monitor and optimize existing workflows for performance and reliability
- Document workflow processes and provide training to team members as needed
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of automation tools
- Understanding of how databases work and integrate with other platforms
- Workflow-focused mindset with strong logical thinking abilities
- Basic familiarity with AI tools and their practical applications
- Understanding of how different software platforms can be connected and automated
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
- Familiarity with Zapier, Make, N8N, or similar AI automation platforms
- Basic understanding of APIs and data flow concepts
- Experience in marketing automation or business process optimization
- Knowledge of database management and data organization principles
