This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a mix of office and remote work.Join our team as a Tax Specialist with over 5 years of experience in public accounting. Collaborate with partners on challenging projects in a supportive office setting. Fluency in Japanese is a plus.Job ResponsibilitiesCompletion of international tax filings for various entities and individuals.Analysis of complex financial and tax matters.Conducting in-depth tax research.Building and maintaining client relationships.Identifying tax optimization opportunities.RequirementsBachelor's or master's degree in Tax, Accounting, or Business Administration.At least 5 years of tax experience in a public accounting setting.Active CPA certification.Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.Ability to handle complex financial and tax issues effectively.Proficiency in technical skills and maintaining high work standards.Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. with no need for sponsorship.Prior experience in international tax and bilingual proficiency in Japanese preferred.
