You will work on the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm) in an onsite manufacturing environment, collaborating with technicians and quality personnel to meet production and safety goals.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform repetitive machine operations: cutting, shaping, deburring, forming, drilling, reaming, and smoothing partsSet feeds, speeds, and depth of cut to machine quality parts and make minor adjustments as neededAlign and fasten parts using standard fixtures and established methodsPerform operations such as reaming, tapping, spot-facing, chamfering, countersinking, and counterboringRemove burrs, sharp edges, tool marks, cracks, or other irregularities from machined partsInspect parts for conformance using visual examination, gages, and other measuring instrumentsAccurately and regularly perform Statistical Process Control (SPC) requirementsObserve safety rules, maintain a neat work area, and report improper machine functioningHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleHigh school diploma or equivalent1–3 years of general or related machine shop experience or demonstrated ability to perform the listed responsibilitiesAbility to read and understand work instructions or blueprintsWorking knowledge of machine shop mathematicsManual dexterity and proficiency with inspection/measuring toolsEffective English verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work effectively with others and be a participative team playerPay Range$19.00 - $24.00/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
