CNC OperatorResponsible for running a variety of CNC machines and help enhance the productivity of our organization. Join us in shaping the future of design and manufacturing—your next great adventure awaits!Requirements2+ years' experience working for a manufacturing businessAbility to lift up to 30+ lbs.Extensive knowledge of machine and operation required.Mechanical aptitude and strong basic math skillsProven history of working with gauges and calipers as CNC OperatorActions are normally determined by specific instructions from the supervisor or by following well-defined procedures, methods, and practices.CNC Operator ResponsibilitiesTranslate the requirements of detailed part drawings into measurements for productionPerform proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories to be used on projectsPrepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specificationsEnsure that every machine procedure is done in accordance with the strict guidelines of the companyFollow all company safety protocolInspect the work area and machines that were used during the day prior to leaving at the end of each shiftInspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properlyAttend and actively participate in training classes and safety sessionsPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
