About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Creative to join their team. This role is pivotal for a creative visionary who excels at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the creative standard, driving the creative direction for high-impact brand experiences, and ensuring the flawless execution of work, particularly for experiential and live event clients. A key aspect of the role is the ability to partner closely with account directors and executive producers, present and sell big ideas to senior-level clients, and actively integrate emerging technologies to elevate both live and digital experiences. Applicants must have 8-12 years' of experience in creative roles within experiential, events, or advertising, with a strong portfolio that showcases deep conceptual thinking, experiential design, and integrated storytelling. The role requires a leader with a collaborative, low-ego working style, a focus on innovation, and a genuine interest in the application of emerging technologies. The VP, Creative will also be involved in business development, contributing to new business pitches, and shaping compelling narratives. Cross-functional collaboration and a high standard for quality control are essential, as is the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
