Responsibilities Create and manage detailed MEP BIM models and engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. Coordinate with engineers, designers, and field teams for seamless project execution. Review and resolve clashes in coordination with other trades. Coordinate shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-builts for field installation. Ensure compliance with design standards, tolerances, and specifications. Assist in training and mentoring junior designers/drafters. Provide technical support to field teams for smooth project delivery. Essential Skills 2+ years of experience in HVAC BIM/VDC coordination. Proficiency in Revit for BIM coordination. Full knowledge of HVAC systems with field experience. Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings across multiple disciplines. Additional Skills & Qualifications Autodesk/Revit accreditation or completion of an accredited CAD/BIM program. Knowledge of MEP systems, sheet metal, and piping layout. Experience with clash detection and reporting. Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team setting. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Whippany, NJ. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
