We are building a fun, positive environment where our team can have a massive impact on the local community.The Role: We are seeking a General Manager to spearhead our operational launch. If you are currently stuck in a business with no room for advancement, this is your chance to build a team. You will start in the field and transition to full time management as we add vans to the fleet.Responsibilities: Complete residential HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and installations. Build and implement standard operating procedures. Train and mentor junior technicians as the company grows.Requirements: Must hold a Class A or Class B License. Must be highly comfortable using CRM software and modern technology. Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a background check.
