Business Development Executive

BEAR Facility Supply is seeking an experienced and skilled Business Development Executive to help grow our B2B customer base in the Salt lake City Metro Area. This exciting opportunity offers a base salary, company-paid health insurance, plus uncapped commission earning potential via selling products and equipment most businesses use daily, including: Janitorial Supplies Paper products Trash liners Soaps and dispensers Cleaning chemicals Safety Supplies Facility maintenance products Other commercial consumables This opportunity is best suited for someone who already knows how to prospect, get in front of decision-makers, build relationships, quote opportunities, and close B2B business. OTE compensation for this role is expected to fall within the $90k-$110k range during the first year of employment, with a base pay of $36,000 / year. We are searching for a true "hunter" - Someone who is comfortable getting out in the field, making calls, walking into businesses, asking questions, finding pain points, and creating new customer opportunities.
