Insurance CSR Specialist Join Our Growing Team!
We're looking for a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our fast-growing Farmers Insurance office. If youre looking for a career where every day is dynamic, your work is appreciated, and your team feels like family, this is the place for you! In this role, you'll handle phone inquiries, process payments, assist with claims, maintain client relationships, and support sales efforts.

Responsibilities- Assist customers with policy changes, payments, and claims
- Provide outstanding customer service and follow-ups
- Schedule appointments and support sales efforts
- Maintain strong client relationships and retention
- Present insurance options based on client needs
- Applicants must be able to take customer service calls in Spanish.
- Arizona OR California Property & Casualty License (Required)
- Spanish (Required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
