Events Coordinator
Platinum Coastal Group Inc
This is an entry-level, on-site position that supports sports programs, events, promotions, participants, and day-to-day operations. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others.
ON-SITE EXPECTATION
On-site role. Regular face-to-face interaction is a core part of the position.
Responsibilities
· Coordinate schedules, materials, and event logistics
· Interact with participants, fans, partners, and staff
· Support registration, promotions, and onsite activities
· Assist with operational reporting and issue resolution
Skills & approach: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and dependable; comfortable initiating conversations; organized and adaptable; able to work effectively as part of an on-site team. Prior related experience is helpful but not required where training is provided.
