We’re a family-oriented company, and your role will be key in creating positive first impressions and long-term relationships. Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 9am-6pm What You’ll Do: Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email (inbound + outbound). Answer questions and provide accurate info about our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. Schedule service and installation appointments with precision and care. Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and service requests. Work closely with teammates to improve service and customer satisfaction. Stay up to date on company offerings and industry trends to better support clients. What You Bring: Customer service experience, ideally in HVAC, plumbing, or related trades. Excellent phone and communication skills – you’re confident, clear, and courteous. Problem-solving mindset – you listen first and offer effective solutions. Proficiency with basic computer/data entry tasks. Bonus points for sales experience or Spanish-speaking ability!
