Commercial Real Estate Assistant

High-end Commercial Real Estate Brokerage team in Midtown Manhattan is currently seeking a dynamic and highly competent Real Estate Administrator to join one of their top sales teams. In this role, you will manage scheduling, correspondence, expense reporting, and day-to-day administrative needs to 2 senior brokers and a small team;
Organize listing documents, transaction files, and deal paperwork, and track outstanding items;
Maintain and update marketing and sales infrastructure, including CRM systems, prospect databases, transaction records, and web-based platforms;
Provide client service support that enhances broker-client relationships and supports business growth;
Participate in client meetings and presentations in a support capacity as requested by brokers;
Organize property tours, and work with graphics department in preparing tour materials and perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A college degree, previous experience in Commercial RE and 5-10 plus years of administrative support experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  familiarity with CRM, marketing, or project management software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
