Real Estate Paralegal

Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Real Estate Paralegal to join our well-respected client in the Capital Region area. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity to join a well-respected organization!
The ideal candidate will play an integral role in supporting attorneys throughout all phases of commercial real estate matters, from initial documentation through closing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage commercial and occasional residential real estate closings from start to finish.
- Prepare, organize, and review closing documents and transaction materials.
- Review and analyze client documents related to commercial, corporate, and financing matters.
- Assist with commercial loan transactions, including commitment letters, loan documents, notes, and mortgages.
- Independently track deadlines and ensure all closing requirements are met.
- File and record documents with County Clerk Offices throughout New York State, the New York Department of State, and local jurisdictions.
- Oversee and coordinate occasional out of state real estate transactions.
- Work closely with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and internal staff to ensure smooth and timely closings.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a real estate or commercial transactions paralegal
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with legal time and billing systems (preferred)
Salary Range:
$60,000-$80,000 (based on experience)
