Qualifications Minimum 1 year of sewing experience (preferably in a production environment) Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Effective communication skills (written and verbal) – some English required Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast‑paced environment Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., crouch, bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand/arm motions Comfortable standing for long periods, with the opportunity to sit while sewing Hard‑working, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines under pressure Daily Responsibilities Operate in the sewing area of Spoonflower, primarily focused on product creation Perform quality assurance checks to maintain top‑notch standards Prepare work efficiently for the next operation in the production process Maintain OSHA safety standards and ensure a clean, organized work area Execute assigned tasks promptly while meeting production deadlines Collaborate effectively with supervisors, tech support, and peers Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional projects as assigned Benefits Competitive weekly pay, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, employee discounts, and opportunities for growth.
