You'll own the supply graph, run the activation workflow, and build the onboarding and bridging programs that make quality transferable at scale. You're joining mid-build, with real infrastructure already in place. You'll thrive here if you... Have built systems other people use, not just executed inside them. Are comfortable defining the playbook while running it. Have a genuine point of view on quality in something, and can back it up. Background that fits Design Ops, Studio or Production Operations, L&D or curriculum leadership, talent representation, fellowship or residency program management, Biz Ops or Chiefs of Staff at scaling companies, or operators from Scale, Mercor, or Surge looking to build something that compounds.
