Case Manager - Pre-Litigation

We’re looking for a highly organized, people-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence, and enjoys keeping things on track behind the scenes. Legal experience is not required – we will provide training for the right candidate. Requirements:
The Pre-Litigation Case Manager will support attorneys during the early stages of a case, from initial client intake through pre-litigation. This role works closely with the legal team to keep cases organized, ensure timely communication, and help move matters forward efficiently. Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette are important, as the Case Manager will regularly speak with clients, answer questions, and provide updates on their case. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and staying organized. The Case Manager plays an important part in supporting the legal team and helping deliver a positive experience for clients. Responsibilities:
- High school diploma required
- 1+ year of customer service, administrative, or office experience.
- Polished telephone and email communication skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload while staying organized and detail-oriented

- Communicate with clients daily by phone, email, and other channels
- Manage a high number of cases (200+) and help keep them moving forward
- Prepare case documents and gather supporting information
- Review and organize medical records and billing documents
- Draft basic letters and emails to clients and other parties
- Handle incoming faxes and mail and file them appropriately
- Track cases from start to finish to ensure steady progress
