Director, Product Management

• Establish a shared vision and cohesive strategy for one or more products or a scalable platform product


• Lead product strategy development with cross-functional stakeholders


• Influence the architectural roadmap while balancing design, technical implementation, regulatory requirements, time-to-market, customer needs, and profitability


• Champion customer experience and prioritize customer needs in product requirements and decisions


• Define and use product success metrics, usability studies, research, and market analysis


• Standardize analytics, customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis workstreams


• Own product profitability, including budgetary decisions


• Lead Product Reviews, Operating Reviews, and Business Reviews


• Lead the product management team and collaborate with engineering, design, global markets, operations, and data science teams


• Own the AI Assistant product lifecycle from ideation through launch


• Define priorities, align stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery


• Present product vision, strategy, and performance metrics to senior leadership


• Maximize efficiency in a fluid, evolving environment

Requirements

• 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience


• 2 years of experience leading others


• Proven track record of leading and growing high-performing product teams


• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application to real-world products, particularly assistants and LLMs


• Experience managing products and aligning product development with business objectives


• Ability to identify product opportunities, define clear solutions, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment


• Understanding of servicing channels, customer pain points, and customer service is a plus


• Payments, financial services, and e-commerce experience is a plus
