The TL;DR Role: Full Time Type: Full-time Location: In‑person, Flanagan, IL Team: Reports to the administrator Mission: To ensure the overall management of business office activities, maintaining compliance and efficient financial operations. What You’ll Actually Do Management: Oversee all business office activities in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standard guidelines and regulations. Coordination: Collaborate with the Central Billing Office to manage insurance payments, including private, Medicare, Medicaid, and other managed care. Refunds: Administer refunds for accounts receivable accurately and efficiently. Reporting: Maintain appropriate logs and reports, specifically for resident funds, census records, and case accounts. The Must‑Haves Background: Manager level with a high school diploma or equivalent required, preferably with an Associate’s degree in business or accounting. Experience: Prior experience in business office operations within a Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Assisted Living (AL), or Memory Care (MC) setting is required. Skills: Must possess effective communication skills for positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, along with excellent written and oral communication skills. Bonus: Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations, a professional image in both appearance and behavior, and a dedication to working with seniors are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
