Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Marketing Manager to lead Engagement and Revenue Marketing strategies for Genre Pack subscribers. The role focuses on driving engagement with linear and premium content, increasing base package and bolt-on revenue, and reducing subscriber churn. The ideal candidate will manage strategic campaigns across multiple channels, including Email, SMS, dotcom, and in-app platforms, leveraging tools like Braze CRM to deliver automated and personalized customer journeys. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop modern marketing strategies that enhance product engagement, retention, and revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute lifecycle strategies for engagement, upsell/cross-sell, retention, and churn mitigation for Genre Pack subscribers.
• Act as the Marketing lead for Genre Pack strategies, representing the team’s best interests and implementing best practices in cross-functional work streams.
• Manage strategic campaigns across Email, SMS, dotcom, and in-app platforms, focusing on automation and personalization.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to develop testing strategies and demonstrate incremental value through campaign performance.
• Launch strategies with measurement plans to track performance against KPIs, including product engagement, revenue, and subscriber retention.
• Utilize customer insights, behavioral data, segmentation, and campaign performance trends to identify new communication opportunities and optimize existing journeys.
• Develop a close feedback loop with team and marketing leadership for program updates and to address obstacles as needed.
• Own campaign performance and support business cases with cost/benefit analysis to drive value for the subscriber base and the enterprise.

Qualifications:

• Experience building app-based messaging strategies leveraging a CRM’s marketing automation and personalization capabilities (e.g., Braze CRM preferred).
• Engagement or revenue strategy experience with app-based streaming or SVOD subscription services preferred, but other app-based company experience will be considered.
• Proven ability to autonomously lead enterprise strategic initiatives, including discovery work, strategy/roadmap development, and implementation.
• 2+ years of communications or campaign strategy experience for large to midsized enterprises, with an emphasis on automation, personalization, and efficiency.
• Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders and leaders across the enterprise.
• Proficiency in communicating program updates, performance, strategy, and roadmaps with senior marketing leadership.
• Experience in building business cases and developing strategic testing plans.
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot, find creative solutions, and automate processes where possible.

Pay Range: $70 - $77/hr on W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
