Director OF Product Development
Scorpion Therapeutics
Role: Director of Transcend R&D BPO leading global business process re-engineering and transformation initiatives within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end process re-design in study management, manufacturing, logistics, planning, and supply chain Partner with senior R&D and Transcend leadership to define process vision Influence portfolio decisions Build and mentor a high-performing team of R&D BPOs Embed compliance-by-design and audit readiness Drive continuous improvements and change management Qualifications Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related Minimum 10 years in R&D, Clinical Supply Chain, or enterprise transformation with proven success in global process optimization, ERP projects, and operating model change Strong stakeholder management and leadership experience Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, GxP, and regulated environments Preferred Certifications (MBA, PMI, Lean/Six Sigma) Experience with compliance systems Agile, Jira, Confluence, and enterprise change management High-Value Focus on R&D operations, global SAP transformation, regulated environment, and cross-functional leadership Work setup involves up to 15% travel; based in Malvern, Horsham, or Titusville. #J-18808-Ljbffr
