A growing manufacturing facility in the northern Overland Park area is hiring an Industrial Painter / Cleaner to join their team. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for dependable candidates.


English or Spanish speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Duties:

• Prepare surfaces and equipment for industrial painting
• Apply industrial coatings and paint as directed
• Clean machinery, production areas, and workspaces
• Remove grease, debris, dust, and residue from equipment
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards

Requirements:


? At least 1 year of industrial painting and/or industrial cleaning experience
? Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
? Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work throughout the shift
? Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment
? Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
? Able to work independently and as part of a team
