Finance Administrator We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Administrator to support our finance department in managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will assist with budgeting, reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations. Key Responsibilities Process invoices, payments, and expense claims Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare bank reconciliations Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Assist in budget preparation and tracking Monitor cash flow and financial transactions Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies Coordinate with auditors and external vendors Maintain confidentiality of financial information Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field 25 years of experience in finance or accounting roles Knowledge of basic accounting principles Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) Strong numerical and analytical skills Attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Qualifications Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA optional) Experience with ERP systems Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance Soft Skills Strong organizational skills Good communication skills Ability to meet deadlines High level of integrity and confidentiality Work Environment Office-based / Hybrid (as applicable) Standard business hours #J-18808-Ljbffr OVA.Work
