Clinical Pharmacist (Quarterly Bonuses + Comprehensive Benefits)

A Clinical Pharmacist contributes to AHF by expanding primary care functions of pharmacists such as providing individualized health promotion and disease prevention, including administration of vaccines, long‑acting HIV treatments, diabetes monitoring, nicotine reduction programs and other subject matters, in collaboration with other AHF Providers. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will enhance the reputation of AHF by providing valuable contributions to all locations, helping bring best practice and collaborative ideas, and ensuring consistent application of processes, procedures and policy throughout the organization. Responsibilities You will be an advocate for AHF’s core values and mission, ensuring that they guide all your actions. You will work as part of a close‑knit team to provide individualized health promotion and disease prevention, including administration of immunizations, diabetes and smoking cessation programs, and other Subject Matter Expertise (SME) programs with appropriate collaborative drug therapy management authority.
