Clinical Pharmacist Peds and Adult

Hourly Wage Estimate: $64.84 - $97.29 / hour Job Summary and Qualifications As a Clinical Pharmacist, your work plays an important role in the care of patients and healthcare providers by assuring the safe and effective use of medications. You will monitor and evaluate prescribed therapies to promote optimal drug use and evidence‑based practices, reducing the risk of medication errors. Daily interaction with the pharmacy team, nurses, physicians, and other facility staff in the hospital; intervene in conflicts related to drug therapy issues. Provide medication information and consultation on pharmacokinetics, dose adjustments, laboratory test orders, and medication monitoring according to established policies and procedures. Participate in training new pharmacists, pharmacy students, and technicians.
