Nurse Practitioner

CVS Health

CVS Health’s Signify Health division seeks a Part-time Clinician (NP/PA) to conduct in-home health evaluations in Yakima County. You will visit members in their homes, review medical history, perform a focused exam and coordinate with plans to connect patients with the right care. The role offers flexible local travel, virtual visits as needed, and benefits for part-time staff. Active, unrestricted NP/PA license and board certification are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
