Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.Client Education & Influence: Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care. Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.Client Experience: Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident. Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.Clinic Operations: Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.Team Collaboration: Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. Communicate scheduling updates and model Milan's standards of professionalism.Position Responsibilities:Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan's established medical protocolsEducate clients on pre and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective resultsDocument treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical recordsPrepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flowMaintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatmentsDiscuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriateEncourage client reviews and referrals through excellent serviceSupport daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client recordsAssist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparationPerform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performanceCollaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfactionRequirements:Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) is requiredFor Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Oregon, South Dakota, South Carolina, and Washington: Current applicable Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing, along with either active national certification as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) or a Certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC or AGNP-C), is requiredPassion for providing exceptional patient care and client serviceStrong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidentlyAbility to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocolsInterest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building resultsAfter completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providersBenefits Include:Medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance within 30 days401k retirement plan with vested employer matchPaid time off starting immediatelyEmployee and spouse or legal partner receive free laser hair removal servicesProfessional liability insurance providedCEU reimbursementAnnual allowance for scrubsCommission opportunitiesCareer advancement opportunitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
