We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee. Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 support Free to use our Infrared Saunas as much as you want We offer flexibility to choose shifts within our Saturday and Sunday schedules Established career track to be promoted to assistant studio manager with a pay increase Great working environment! Employee recognition incentives (gift cards,...etc.) Open door policy: an owner who knows your name and is always open to your needs Schedule Below are our available shifts. Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below (shifts due to change as we develop a schedule). You can discuss with the manager if the times need to be adjusted. Weekday Opener: 6:45 am to 11:00 am, or 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Weekday Closer: 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, or 5:00 pm to 9:15 pm Weekend Opener: 7:45 am to 12:00 pm, or 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Weekend Closer: 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm, or 4:00 pm to 8:15 pm What You'll Need A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service A consistently fantastic team‑player attitude A verifiable history of excellent attendance Evening and weekend availability What You'll Be Doing Sell memberships with confidence in a commission‑based atmosphere Reach out to leads using our CRM with high‑energy Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership Set reservations and book follow‑up appointments Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome Administer studio tours for new guests Answer all questions about services and the facility Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area Competitive pay with successful training completion + commission When you're ready to love your job and achieve your full potential, let's talk.
