Commission paid monthly; potential to earn commissions during sales training when shadowing other sales associates. Competitive pay upon completion of training. Schedule Weekday Opener: 6:45 am–11:00 am or 8:00 am–1:00 pm Weekday Closer: 3:00 pm–8:00 pm or 5:00 pm–9:15 pm Weekend Opener: 7:45 am–12:00 pm or 9:00 am–2:00 pm Weekend Closer: 2:00 pm–7:00 pm or 4:00 pm–8:15 pm Schedule flexibility available. Discuss times with manager if adjustments needed. Requirements Genuine desire to promote positivity and deliver exceptional service Consistent team‑player attitude Verifiable history of excellent attendance Availability evenings and weekends No experience required; comprehensive training provided Responsibilities Sell memberships with confidence in a commission‑based environment Reach out to leads using the CRM Promote the benefits of infrared saunas and studio membership value Set reservations and book follow‑up appointments Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome Administer studio tours for new guests Answer all questions about services and the facility Maintain a clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area Additional Information All employees expected to adhere to the Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy and to align with the franchise’s service standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
