Senior Accounting Associate, Foundation & Nonprofit. Our client is a global multi-strategy asset management firm ($20B+ AUM ). The firm invests across multiple strategies and have a sector-aligned platform built on fundamental bottom-up research alongside macro investments and insights. Beyond its Systematic Investing business, which deploys automated, multi-asset trading strategies across time horizons, the firm extends into venture capital, applied-AI-driven private equity, and direct private equity, growth equity, structured securities, and real estate investments through its broader investment platforms.You could be just the right applicant for this job Read all associated information and make sure to apply.What you'll do:Manage day-to-day accounting operations for a portfolio of private foundations and corporate community programs, including financial reporting, audit coordination, tax support, and account reconciliationsLead month-end and year-end close processes across multiple private foundations, including preparation and posting of accruals and journal entriesOversee fundraising and donation receivables, including tracking, recording, and reconciling related activityPerform monthly financial reviews and reporting to validate the integrity of financial information and proper coding across entitiesWhat's required:Bachelor's degree in xhyhwjd accounting, finance, or a related field, plus a master's in accounting and/or CPA licensure5+ years of nonprofit or private foundation accounting experienceExperience supporting external audits and preparing tax filings, including Form 990-PF, Form 990-T, and related state filingsExperience with general ledger and accounting systems, including Workday Financial ManagementLocation: Stamford or NYC Hybrid Schedule.
