Client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an HR Generalist to assist with HR operations, employee support, reporting, and HRIS administration across a busy, multi-site environment. Salary: $65-$75k, DOE About Our Client Growing manufacturing organization with a collaborative and team-oriented culture Invests in employee development and operational excellence Offers a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same Partners closely across departments to support business objectives Great opportunity to make an immediate impact while gaining broad HR experience as the HR Generalist Responsibilities The HR Generalist will prepare reports, manage HRIS approvals, and maintain accurate employee records The HR Generalist will support employees and managers by answering day-to-day HR questions and assisting with HR operations Provide administrative support to recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and other HR functions Assist with front desk coverage and additional projects as business needs require Preferred Qualifications Must have at least 3 years of Human Resources experience Must have experience using UltiPro/UKG or a comparable HRIS platform Must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUPs or similar functions #J-18808-Ljbffr
