As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an educational location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support students, staff, and visitors with professional customer service and clear communication. You will document activities using computer or tablet tools while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture through teamwork and integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat02:30 PM - 11:00 PMSun02:30 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and families while carrying out site-specific procedures and appropriate emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, walkways, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with school procedures, helping to support an orderly learning environment. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in a timely manner. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
