About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP - General Manager for Open Territory Sales to lead a dynamic team in accelerating growth across open and emerging territories. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy, driving new logo acquisition, and expanding market presence in underpenetrated districts. This role requires a bold commercial vision, deep B2B sales leadership experience, and a customer-centric mindset to deliver measurable impact for educators and students. The General Manager will also be accountable for the commercial strategy, including territory design, coverage models, and sales plays, and will work closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure that the company's offerings resonate with district decision-makers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving new logo acquisition and market expansion, particularly in complex B2B environments. They should possess strong sales leadership and customer relationship skills, be adept at managing performance metrics, and have the ability to influence at all levels. A problem-solving mindset, the courage to challenge the status quo, and the resilience to lead through change are essential.
