Nurse Manager

Seeking a strong and experienced OR Nurse Manager for the Cardiac Surgery & Transplant Team. Must have organ transplant experience, specifically lung and heart. Experience with high acuity cases is required. Acts as a resource for experienced team members. Responsible for growing and developing team members. Engages in team building activities. Manages and has 24/7 responsibility for the nursing practice. Oversees patient care delivery, human and fiscal resources, and regulatory compliance within the unit. Maintains a professional environment that fosters high-quality patient and family-centered care. Manages team members, operations, and patient care activities during assigned shifts. Other related duties may be required.
