Type: Contract
Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $1,000.00 – $1,200.00 per week (Based on Experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking an HR Associate Generalist to support HR operations through Oracle data cleanup, job profile migration, skills mapping, and data validation. The ideal candidate will possess broad HR knowledge and experience with HR systems, enabling them to make informed decisions while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data.

Responsibilities

• Perform Oracle HR data cleanup and maintain accurate employee and job-related records.

• Support job description migration by transferring structured job data into Oracle system fields.

• Review, validate, and map job-related skills to ensure alignment with job profiles.

• Evaluate system-generated skills and make informed decisions regarding classifications and accuracy.

• Ensure HR data integrity by identifying discrepancies and resolving data quality issues.

• Collaborate with HR teams to maintain consistency across job profiles and system records.

• Follow established HR policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards while completing assigned projects.

Required Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of Human Resources functions and practices.

• Experience in HR Shared Services or a similar HR operations environment.

• Experience working with Oracle or other HRIS platforms.

• Strong understanding of HR data management and data validation processes.

• Ability to analyze information and make sound judgment calls regarding skills and job classifications.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HR data migration or HRIS implementation projects.

• Familiarity with job architecture, job profiles, and skills mapping.
