Account Manager

About the Role Glass America is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues with a focused approach on business to business sales development. A successful Account Manager proactively engages with current clients to ensure we remain a trusted partner while also prospecting when visiting physical locations. The Account Manager continually proposes solutions that meet the needs and objectives of our clients. Primary Responsibilities Utilize CRM to create daily routes and record each visit in the system. Identify accounts that will be part of your outside sales activities for a sales cycle. Establish face‑to‑face and electronic communication with customers to build, develop and expand long‑lasting relationships. Track book‑of‑business account metrics. Use the promotional budget as needed to navigate the sales process. Maintain a strong working relationship with the Operations Team within assigned territory. Preferred Skills and Qualifications 3+ years successfully selling business services. Proven track record of exceeding financial objectives and metrics. Experience in account management, outside sales, B2B sales. Auto Glass, Automotive and/or Insurance industry knowledge is a plus. Excellent organization and time management skills. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment. Must be able to complete background check/MVR and drug screening process.
