- Telehandler/SkyTrak Operator (Commercial Construction)
- PEMB Installer with demonstrated PEMB/IMP experience
All pay and per diem are identical for these positions.
Assignment- Location: Abilene, TX
- Type: Full-Time, Contract
- $25/hour DOE + $115/day per diem
- Work 6 days → receive 7 days per diem; work 7 days → receive 8 days per diem
- Paid 0.5 hour daily for the bus ride to the site (approximately 10 minutes travel time)
- Per diem available only to candidates traveling to and staying in the local area
- Mon–Fri: 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with a 45‑minute lunch
- Saturday: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (8 hours)
- Occasional Sunday: 4 hours (no double pay)
- Install insulated metal panels (IMP), wall systems, and PEMB components
- Detail and connect structural steel and building systems ( no welding )
- Assemble prefab metal building systems to drawings/specifications
- Interpret blueprints, layouts, and installation plans
- Safely use hand/power tools, aerial lifts, and rigging equipment
- Work at heights in active construction environments
- Meet productivity targets while upholding quality and safety
- Coordinate tasks with crew leaders and field supervisors
- OSHA 30 certification
- Able to work at heights and in variable weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Capable of lifting heavy materials and performing physical work
- Safety‑focused and team‑oriented approach
- Rigging & load handling
- Blueprint reading
- Butler Buildings familiarity
- Insulated metal panel installation
- Ironwork installation
- Pre‑Engineered Metal Building erection
- Structural steel assembly
- Experience working at heights
