Overview
Registered Nurse, Med Surg – Concord, NH, United States. Travel - Temporary Assignment. Start date 09/13/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay $2,120-$2,258 per week. Guaranteed hours 0.0. Shift 7:00 pm – 7:00 am (12-hour nights). Setting: hospital-based high-acuity medical-surgical unit with telemetry and respiratory care support.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for high-acuity medical-surgical patients on telemetry
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, manage IVs, assist with procedures, and respond to changes in condition
- Collaborate with respiratory therapy for oxygen delivery and respiratory support; monitor for distress and intervene per protocol
- Document in the Cerner EMR and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team
- Caring for patients with diagnoses including PNA, COPD exacerbation, GI bleed, osteomyelitis, diabetic foot infections, hepatic encephalopathy, renal failure, bowel obstruction, end-of-life care, and wounds
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, patient and family education, and assist with end-of-life decisions as appropriate

Requirements
- Active RN license in New Hampshire or a compact state; NH or Compact license required at submission; NURSYS license verification for all active RN licenses
- Current BLS; ACLS required; NHISS credentialing needed prior to start; must pass a dysrhythmia exam during onboarding with a target score of 80%
- 2+ years of Med/Surg and telemetry experience
- RTO must be included at submission; valid driver’s license with address matching demographics
- Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work 7p-7a and, as needed, float to nearby units or facilities within the network
