Job Description Job Description About the Opportunity A Bilingual Junior Recruiter has been identified for the North office. Prior staffing industry experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with experience in fast-paced customer-facing environments such as retail or restaurants would also be considered strong fits. Spanish fluency remains a requirement. Key Responsibilities Source, recruit, and attract qualified candidates for open positions. Conduct candidate screenings and interviews. Match candidates with job opportunities based on skills, experience, availability, and overall fit. Guide candidates through the onboarding process and assignment preparation. Maintain consistent communication with clients and field employees throughout the hiring process. Keep ATS, CRM, and internal databases accurate and up to date. Support daily branch operations and help meet hiring goals and deadlines. Qualifications Required Bilingual in English and Spanish . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation and active auto insurance for local client visits. Preferred Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or human resources. Experience in customer service, retail, restaurant operations, or administrative support. Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and recruiting software. #J-18808-Ljbffr
