EDI Helpdesk Representative

Supporting Montana Medicaid operations, the remote EDI Helpdesk Representative will serve as the first point of contact for healthcare providers, addressing EDI-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of provider requests. Key responsibilities Answer inbound calls and respond to EDI-related inquiries from healthcare providers Research and resolve provider issues or escalate complex concerns to appropriate teams Conduct outbound follow-up communications to ensure timely resolution of requests Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Minimum two years of experience in customer service or related fields Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple systems Experience in healthcare operations, provider services, or claims processing preferred Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a remote environment
