What You’ll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems with precision and pride. Deliver top-tier service and provide recommendations to keep customers comfortable – and calling you back! Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth. Pursue certifications if needed – we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves. Work independently, own your route, and represent Gee with professionalism. What You’ll Bring 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience. EPA 608 Universal Certification. Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record. Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.
