Base pay range $22.00/hr - $28.00/hr We are seeking a dedicated, Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with children with autism or developmental disabilities and who can support our Spanish-speaking families by providing culturally responsive care. Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collaborate with the treatment team and provide feedback and progress updates Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentationCommunicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and families Required Skills Must be a Board Certified RBT (or actively working toward certification depending on hiring policy) Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written) Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Knowledge of HIPAA regulations Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic medical records Compassionate, patient, and comfortable working with children Strong documentation and record-keeping skills 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Paid training Referral program Vision insurance Full-time and part-time positions available.
