Role Overview

This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting activities. The selected individual will recruit, interview, check references, extend offers, and conduct orientation for new employees. The position requires the ability to use experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals while performing a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview potential candidates.
• Conduct reference checks for prospective employees.
• Formulate and extend job offers.
• Lead orientation sessions for new hires.
• Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
• May lead and direct the work of other recruiting staff.

Required Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree in a related area may be required.

Experience: Requires 5-8 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures is necessary.
