Job Duties: Work alongside and report directly to Program Director Grocery shop for the week and create weekly menus to be approved by Program Director Put together healthy, nutritious, teen-friendly meals for 6 adolescent clients in residential treatment Prepare, plate, and serve morning and afternoon snacks, lunch, and dinner Monday – Friday Meal prep for the weekends Meet with clients upon admission to learn about client allergies, food restrictions, or preferences Meet with clients once weekly to review weekly menu Ensure kitchen is in compliance with accreditation, licensing, and program standards Manage a monthly budget for all food and culinary expenses Requirements: Must have at least 2 years of culinary experience Must be over the age of 21 Must be able to keep the kitchen clean, sanitary, and organized at all times Must possess the ability to multi-task and coordinate productively with other team members Must be punctual Must understand the importance of working collaboratively with supervisors, management, and colleagues Must exude a respectful and professional demeanor and demonstrate appropriate boundaries with clients Hours Monday - Friday 10 am - 6:30 pm Payrate: $31 - $33/hour Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental, 401k PTO, Sick, and Holidays Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)/Healthcare Flexible Spending Accounts (HSA) Our employees voted us as a certified Great Place to Work #J-18808-Ljbffr
